Do you have an in-store location or do you only sell online?

Currently we only sell our watches online. 

Where else do you sell your watches?

We also sell our watches on Amazon.

Do you offer repairs and services?

We do not offer repair for user damage or other services on our watches. For those types of enquiries, please visit your local watch jeweller.

Please note that damage due to defects in manufacturing, material or workmanship will be covered under warranty if registered. Visit our warranty page for more information.

*IMPORTANT: Any unauthorized work done to your watch may void your warranty. Please keep this in mind before having your watch serviced. George Etherington holds the right to determine whether or not the warranty shall be void.


What type of movement do your watches use?

All of our watches feature automatic movement that uses the energy generated by the natural movements of your wrist to wind the mainspring. No batteries required!

What materials are used to make your watches?

Case & Buckle: Stainless Steel
Strap: Genuine Leather
Glass: Hardened Mineral Crystal

Are your watches waterproof?

Our watches feature 3ATM Water Resistance that can handle rain and splashes but we do not recommend fully submerging them underwater or wearing them in the shower.

Please note that water damage will be considered damage caused by user and will not be covered under warranty.


How much is shipping?

Free shipping on all orders!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Please note that taxes and shipping times will vary depending on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will ship within 48 hours of being placed. Shipping times are usually between 3-4 business days.

Do you have tracking information available?

Yes, tracking information will be available for all orders and will be sent via email when your order has shipped.

If there are any issues with tracking your order or you do not see a tracking number available please contact us for further assistance.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

Please wait the maximum suggested shipping time for your order to arrive. If by then it still hasn't arrived please contact us.

Where do you ship from?

Our watches will be shipped domestically from the UK, France, Germany, Spain or Italy, depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at the moment. We currently offer domestic shipping to the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit and debit cards from VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

We also accept PayPal and orders through Amazon.

Are taxes included in your prices?

Yes, all of our prices include taxes. There will be no additional charges at checkout.

I made a mistake ordering my product. What should I do?

If you've made a mistake filling out your order it's important that you let us know as soon as possible.

If this happens, please contact us with your order number and information and we'll do our best to cancel or change your order on time.

Please note that if we are unable to change your order before it ships, returns and replacements will be accepted at the cost of the customer.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No. There is no order requirement on the amount of products ordered or the price of your purchase.

I cannot submit my order. What should I do?

Please refresh the page and wait several minutes before trying again. If you're still unable to complete your order, please contact us for assistance.

The coupon code I'm trying to use isn't working. Can I still get the discount?

Please make sure that you are entering the code correctly and that the promotion for your discount code hasn't expired. If it has expired, you will be unable to use the code.

If the code you are trying to use has not expired and is being entered correctly but is still not working, please contact us for further assistance. If your code has become expired by the time you hear back from us, we will provide you with a new code that you can use at checkout.


My watch arrived damaged / broke after a short period of time. What should I do?

We're sorry if this has happened. It shouldn't happen, but if it does we will do our best to fix the problem. Please contact us for further assistance.

When will I receive my refund for my returned product?

We will initiate your refund once we have received your watch and confirmed that it is yours.

We must have confirmation that the watch we have received is yours before we can initiate your refund.

What is your return address?

If returning a watch for any reason, please contact our support so we can create a case and custom shipping label. This will help us identify which watch is yours and expedite the return process. Thank you.

What warranty options are available?

All of our watches include a free 5 year warranty that covers all manufacturing & part defects and errors.

How do I register/claim my warranty?

How long does the warranty last?

Depending on the warranty duration you have selected, your warranty will last 2 or 5 full years from the date of purchase.

What is / isn't covered in your warranty?

All manufacturing and material defects are covered. Damage caused by the user or natural wear will not be covered.
